Authors are kindly requested to submit an abstract of no more than 500 English words before December 31, 2007 for initial screening. The abstract should contain; 1) Title of the paper, 2) Authors' names and affiliations, 3) Main body, 4) Keywords in the order of importance, 5) Name, full address, phone number, fax number, and e-mail address of the author to whom subsequent correspondence should be directed. The abstract should clearly state the objectives, results, and conclusions to enable the scope and nature of the paper to be assessed. Final acceptance will be determined based on the review of the abstract and authors will be notified of acceptance by January 31, 2008. All accepted papers will appear in bound volumes that will be available at the conference. Full manuscripts are due by March 31, 2008.
